    This incident has been resolved. The issue was all Cosmic protected ranges were dropped because of a configuration rollback on Cosmic's end that happened early this morning. Cosmic is debugging this to see what happened so this doesnt take place again. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused early this morning and are working to take steps to make sure this does not occur again.     We have identified a routing process hung within our Chicago core router. We are needing to perform a quick reboot for the router. This will result in a drop of packets for about 60 seconds. We understand that any amount of downtime is unacceptable and we do apologize for this one right on the backs of yesterday’s maintenance window outage.
