    A brief utility interruption caused a failure in our mechanical systems earlier today. All systems have since been restored, and the data center is actively cooling down. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue. If you are still experiencing any problems, please submit a support ticket so we can assist you promptly.

    Cosmic Guard has finally notified us that they were having issues after we started receiving alarms this morning from Dallas. They have created a notification that they are experiencing packet loss in several locations. While the impact of this is not immediately clear, we are working on mitigating the issues within our own network. You may experience packet loss this morning.
