    At time we are issuing the all clear. The repair has been completed from the upstream and all appears back online. Please make a ticket if not. We understand that any amount of downtime is unacceptable and we do apologize for this one right on the backs of yesterday’s maintenance window outage.

    Our team is on site now and one of our upstream providers has a tech on site working. This appears to be an outage from our upstreams. We are working on resolving this.

    We will be upgrading and replacing top of rack switches in several cabinets. Downtime will be as limited as possible but please do expect some downtime while we physically complete connection swaps and switch installation. Rack space colocation customers are not affected in this maintenance.

    The maintenance window is 2 hours, set to end at 10PM EST, however we do not expect to use up the whole two hours and we will likely be ending the maintenance early.

    Some downtime is expected but will be limited to under 5 minutes.
