Due to ongoing issues with CK09 rack in Dallas, TX market, we will be performing an emergency maintenance to replace the breaker on the facility side between the hours of 9AM and 11AM central time on March 6th, 2024.
IMPORTANT: This will only affect customers in rack CK09. If you are unsure which rack you are in, please login to our billing portal and view your service details. Scroll down to "Server Information", then you will se the "Label". If it starts with CK09-RU##, you will be impacted. Additionally, this information can be found under "Location" > "Labeled Rack with Position". If you are still unable to locate this, please raise a support ticket and we can assist you.
This maintenance will unfortunately require us to shutdown each server in CK09 before the start of this. The datacenter facilities team will be replacing a faulty breaker on their side to prevent future power related events in this rack.
